Tomorrrow is February 1 and Valentine's Day is just around the corner, so I have had two things on my plate this week: Hearts and my monthly Hager Studios newsletter. I made some hearts for Ann and Anita Tristan at Bonita Bead Boutique and then decided to put some up on the webpage just in case you needed some for your projects. The newsletter is ready to be emailed to all of you on our subscription list. I've listed my spring shows and classes and a few photos of my new botanical beads including pinecones and my new encased floral with applied flowers and leaves on the surface--very pretty, if I do say so myself! This month's recipe is my mom's very best pineapple upside down cake. It's a favorite in my family and every pineapple upside cake I've ever eaten just never seems to measure up to this one, so if you are one of our subscribers, enjoy! I think I'll make one for my valentine on Valentine's Day.
