The beads in this series are reminiscent of the colors used in nineteenth century circus posters. A two-strand necklace with a pendant made of these beads was selected for the juried show METAMORPHOSIS: THE LIFE CYCLE OF A GLASS BEAD, exhibited in Pittsburg at the Heinz History Center in May and June and in St. Paul at the Evoke Gallery in July and August.
